Privacy Policy

The Anxious Mystic (“we,” “us”) respects your privacy. This page explains what the site currently processes, which services are active, and what changes if you follow an external link or contact us by email.

What we collect

No newsletter or account data: this site does not currently offer an account, comment, contact-form, newsletter, or email-signup feature. We therefore do not collect email addresses through the website. If a signup feature is added later, this policy will be updated before it begins collecting data.

Hosting data: like most websites, our hosting provider may process standard request and security information needed to deliver the site, such as an IP address, browser or user-agent details, requested URL, timestamp, and diagnostic logs. We do not use those logs to build advertising profiles.

Direct email: if you email us, we receive the address, message, and any information you choose to include. We use it to respond to the message and retain it only as long as reasonably needed for that correspondence or a legal obligation.

Optional local dream journal: if you choose to save an entry on our dream journal template, the entry is written to local storage in that browser profile. The journal does not submit the entry to our server. Other people with access to the profile may be able to read it, and clearing site data may erase it. The tool provides export, individual-delete, and delete-all controls.

Analytics and cookies

The current application does not load a site-analytics service, set marketing cookies, or use browser local storage for tracking. Local storage is accessed only by the optional dream journal described above to save, restore, export, or delete entries you choose to keep in that browser. External sites may use their own cookies after you follow a link; their privacy policies govern that activity.

Affiliate links

When you follow a retailer or affiliate link, the destination may receive referral information from the link and may process data under its own privacy policy. If you complete an eligible purchase, the merchant may share a small commission with us; we do not receive your payment-card details. See our Affiliate Disclosure for more.

Your rights

You can request access, correction, or deletion of personal data we hold about you by emailing the address below. Because there is currently no account or signup database, this will usually concern correspondence you sent directly. Depending on where you live, additional privacy rights may apply.
